Returning Merchandise

Returns are accepted with our authorization only. To receive an authorization number, please follow the instructions below, within 3 days of receipt of goods. Refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders or merchandise returned due to customers' error are subject to 15% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges.

Store Credit

Authorized returns will be processed as soon as we get the returns from you. If you prefer to have a store credit, it will be given in the form of a "Gift Certificate" for online use only.

Instructions for Returns

Returns can only be processed by you after an order has been changed to "completed" status by us. Login under "My Account" then click on "Orders", go to the Order # for the item you wish to replace/return & click on it. Your order will open, above the "Print Invoice" button you will see a link, "Registration of thr return", click on that, then just follow the simple steps and click the "Return" button.
